Small Business Focus is a business support group with three main objectives: 1. to promote and highlight our members within the local community and regional business community - 2. to lobby the local authorities on behalf of our members to enhance and optimise the situation of small, local and independent businesses - 3. to offer support and help to small independent businesses, so they might prosper and grow. We run the B&NES Entrepreneurs Club - a free club (supported by a grant from the local authority) to encourage and support studentsgraduateswomen-returnersthose made redundant and military resettlers in setting up their own businesses or gaining employment with small, local independent businesses. The events are held every Tuesday evening within B&NES and are free to attend. We encourage existing entrepreneurs to come along, support and mentor the new start-ups. Contact me for further details.
