Hayle Business Advisors

Could you be an Enterprise Adviser
There is an exciting opportunity happening nationally that we would like you to consider…. All over the country local professionals like you are volunteering to support schools as Enterprise Advisers, bridging the gap between business and education by helping to raise aspirations and understanding about the world of work. You will work strategically with the school to identify ways to improve their careers and enterprise plans and increase the opportunities for students to learn more about the local jobs market. We know that by increasing the encounters students have with employers it can considerably reduce the likelihood (up to 86%) of them being out of education, employment or training when they leave school and increase their overall earnings by around 18%. I am sure you agree that this is an invaluable initiative for our young people and our future workforce which your organisation can be a part of. We are currently looking for business people to get involved and would like the opportunity to come and discuss this initiative with you. As well as support for the mainstream secondary schools we are also looking for individuals passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping to address some of the specific challenges they may face in terms of finding a career. If you or someone you know might be interested and would like to find out more please contact me and I will be happy to pop in for a chat.
